Where we come from
It starts in the CRM
Before Growth Wave, ten years deep in B2B commercial data.
Raphaël Masson saw over 300 company CRMs from the inside. Not in theory. Cleaning bases, rebuilding pipelines, watching sales leadership discover their CRM was telling a story that didn't exist.
That's where Growth Wave's founding expertise was forged: commercial data, the real kind, from the field.

The ecosystem reflex
At Shopify, Raphaël was a Partner Manager.
His job: making players work together who, separately, weren't moving. Building partnerships that produce results, not logos on a slide.
That partnership logic stayed. It's why Growth Wave is building its partnerships with Anthropic and major editors today, rather than going it alone.

The Shopify partner reflex, applied to AI.
We didn't want to stack AI tools at random. We wanted to lean on a technology we truly master and a player who takes the subject seriously.
The partnership with Anthropic is being built. Around it, the technical connections we're developing for our clients: Salesforce, SAP, and the bricks of their stack.
How the collective was born
Then came Geoffrey and Thomas
Geoffrey and Thomas are friends first. Surf mates.
They're also engineers, AI and automation consultants. The kind of profiles you want at your side when you're building something serious.
No shareholders' agreement before the friendship. The other way around. The collective formed naturally: people who respect each other technically, share a standard, and wanted to work together.
