An NDA is signed before any engagement: your data is never shared, sold, or reused on other accounts. We sign a DPA on request and scope access to the minimum needed. Your data stays in the EU and processing is GDPR-compliant. Agents run on Anthropic's Claude API, which does not use your data to train its models.
An audit and a first production pass take a few weeks each. Governance and automation run over a quarter or two, depending on your processes, team size, and data maturity. We scope it precisely on the first call.
We price per mission, not per month. A focused audit runs for a few weeks; a full Data + Automation + Agents engagement runs over a quarter or more. We don't quote before a call, every situation is different, and a number without context is misleading. The first call is free and ends with a clear read on the scope.
Not necessarily. We review what's been done, verify that the rules are actually applied in the CRM, and pick up from there. If the audit is solid, we move to production. If there are gaps, we fill them before adding automation on top.
No. We work in your existing CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, or another. We structure what's there; we don't replace it.
Automation follows fixed rules: if X, then Y. An AI agent can reason, it reads context, qualifies a lead against your criteria, writes a personalized follow-up, flags an anomaly. It acts where logic branches too much for a workflow. That said, you need solid automation before you can trust an agent: a reliable base is the prerequisite for both.
MCP is an open standard developed by Anthropic that lets AI agents connect securely to external tools and data sources, your CRM, your ERP, your internal databases, without custom integration work for each one. It's the layer that makes agents practical in real business environments. Our consultants are specialists in MCP and Claude API.

Fully remote. Our consultants are distributed across France and beyond, the work happens in your CRM, not in your offices. When it makes sense to meet in person, we do, but it's never a requirement.
